Avj Heightss mein construction quality ka impact resale pe bahut hai. 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade ka soch raha hoon. Sunne mein aaya hai cracks, seepage common hai. Does this hit tenant value? Amenities ka premium justified hai kya, ya bas show-off?

Bhai, meri kahani sunoge toh tumhara darr aur badh jayega. Maine 2016 mein ek property li thi Ajayabpur mein, woh bhi ek reputable builder se. Starting mein sab theek tha, but 2-3 saal baad cracks dikhne shuru ho gaye, bathrooms mein seepage normal ho gaya. Ab maintenance ka kharcha alag se, aur bechne jao toh koi rate dene ko ready nahi. Avj Heightss ka bhi same reputation hai, isliye main toh yahi kahunga ki quality pe compromise mat karo, especially if you're upgrading.

Totally agree with the post. Builder claims toh bade bade hote hain, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai.
Yaar, Avj Heightss ka naam sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Post mein jo construction quality ki baat ho rahi hai, woh sach mein resale value hit karti hai kya? Mera budget tight hai aur 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade ka soch raha tha, but agar cracks aur seepage common hain toh tenant bhi nahi milenge aage jaake. Amenities ka premium justified hai ya bas dikhawa?
