₹18,000 rent for my Avj Heightss 2BHK. Builder ne ₹25k bola tha. Bahut saare investor units empty hain. Resale future ka kya hoga?

Bhai, totally feel your pain! Avj Heightss mein yeh haal hai toh kya hi bole. My friend also bought a 3BHK there, thinking rental income will cover EMI. Ab ₹20k bhi mushkil se mil raha hai, usko ₹35k ka promise tha. Builders bas sapne dikhate hain.
