AVL 36 residents: Honest feedback on daily life?
AVL 36 — I'm seriously looking at this project finally. Renting se pak gaya hoon, so I'm thinking of taking the plunge. EMI vs rent ka math ab samajh aa raha hai. Jo log yahan rehte hain, can you tell me about the actual daily life? Matlab, amenities kitni useful hain, ya bas show ke liye hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Neighbors friendly hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Honest opinions needed.

Anyone living there, can you confirm about the water supply and electricity backup? These are basic but crucial for daily life. And how's the commute from there to Cyber City during peak hours? Is it manageable, ya pura din road pe nikal jaata hai?
Water supply is generally okay, but sometimes there are pressure issues, especially on higher floors during peak hours. Electricity backup is decent, but for ACs and heavy appliances, you usually
I visited AVL 36 last month. The sample flat looked amazing, but I'm always wary of what's shown versus what's delivered. Especially with amenities. Kids play area, gym, pool sab showpiece hi lagte hain kai baar, hardly maintained after a few years. My friend bought in a similar large society near Airport Road, and the pool was shut for months due to 'maintenance issues'. So yeah, amenities pe trust karna mushkil hai unless you hear from actual residents.
Dekho bhai, project completed toh hai (Possession 2019-12-01), but 1480 units are a lot. Society manage karna mushkil hota hai itne logon mein, especially with maintenance and common areas. Amenities ka bhi doubt rehta hai, kahin bas showpiece na ho.
But RERA number 106 OF 2017 toh hai, so builder should be reliable, right? My cousin booked in Baharampur Naya and got stuck with a non-RERA project for years. At least here, the legalities seem clear.
Haan, agree. Size matters. Maintenance issues can be a nightmare in such huge societies. Plus, privacy bhi compromise hoti hai.
Totally get it! AVL 36 looks good on paper. I'm also tired of renting, EMI vs rent is a real struggle for me right now. Hope someone gives genuine feedback about the actual living experience, not just the brochure stuff.
