Bachupally mein investment ka kya scene hai abhi? I'm based in Dubai aur dekh raha hoon kuch options, but not sure if it's already peaked. Matlab, appreciation potential kitna hai? Log bolte hain connectivity achi hai but prices bhi kaafi badh gaye hain, right? My budget is around ₹80-90L for a 2BHK. Should I still consider Bachupally ya aur koi area dekhun, like tell me if there are specific pockets within Bachupally jo abhi bhi value offer karte hain? Can't do a site inspection myself, so need solid advice on legal clarity and rental management from afar. Power of attorney process bhi complicated lagta hai. Any specific projects ya sectors people recommend for ROI?

Honestly, Bachupally has peaked. Jab 2018-19 mein liya tha tab theek tha, ab to prices sky-high hain. 80-90L mein 2BHK mushkil hai, ya phir bahut chota area milega. Better to explore areas like Alwal or even some pockets in Attapur agar budget tight hai. ROI utna nahi milega ab jitna pehle tha, the market is saturated with new constructions.

Appreciation potential toh hai, especially with more companies coming towards Kompally side. 80-90L mein 2BHK mil jaayega if you look closely at projects a bit off the main road. Legal clarity ke liye Salarpuria Sattva jaise established builders ka track record kaafi safe hain, unka HQ Bengaluru mein hai aur 1986 se hain. Rental income bhi achha hai wahan, families prefer karti hain.
Haan, jo U6 ne pucha, mil jaayega. Bachupally mein main road se thoda andar ya towards Gandi Maisamma side dekhoge toh you can find good deals. Kuch projects mein abhi bhi pre-launch offers hain. Aur rental yield kaafi solid hai, especially for families working in the IT corridor.
Sahi keh rahe ho, connectivity toh zabardast hai. But 80-90L mein kya abhi bhi decent 2BHK mil raha hai? Mujhe laga prices bahut upar chale gaye hain. Koi specific project suggest karoge jahan value for money ho?
