Yaar, totally relate with this post. SNN Raj Etternia ka naam toh suna hai but construction quality ka darr toh har naye buyer ko lagta hai. Pata chala EMI bhi bhar rahe hain aur repair bills bhi aate jaa rahe hain. Kaise trust karein builders pe?

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Maintenance cost ka toh alag hi tension rehta hai, especially jab budget already tight ho.
