Bade builders ki quality aur support ka kya haal hai?

Visited a couple of projects in Noida Extension and Sector 150 last weekend. Honestly, builder quality check ek major concern hai. Godrej Properties aur ATS ka naam sunte hain, but actual site pe finishing issues dikhe. Jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein milta nahi, especially kids ke play area aur amenities ka. Mere dost ka ACE project mein bhi seepage aaya 2 saal baad. Customer support ko call kiya, toh koi sunta hi nahi. Is this common with all these big builders? Kya Gaursons ya Mahagun ka bhi same haal hai? Family ke liye move kar rahe hain, kids ki safety priority hai. Koi actual experience batao please.
