Okay I'll say what no one says – Badshahpur mein 3BHK lena for 80L-1.5Cr is way tougher than people make it sound. Har koi bas ek project ka naam leta hai, but ground reality kuch aur hai. I mean, just moved into my place near Sector 104 last month, and honestly, the amenities promised versus delivered... matlab, it's a joke. People glorify some big names, but have you actually visited their ready-to-move projects in this range? The build quality, parking space, and even the approach roads? Sab jagah kuch na kuch issue hai. For a 3BHK between 80L-1.5Cr, which project in Badshahpur actually gives a good deal? Kahan pe value for money mil raha hai? Change my mind if you think otherwise.

Yaar, mujhe toh abhi bhi lagta hai 1.2 Cr mein kuch decent mil jaayega. But which big names are you talking about that disappoint? Koi specific examples do, so we can avoid them. I'm looking near Bahar
Totally agree with the original post! Badshahpur mein expectations vs reality ka gap bahut zyada hai. Builders bas glossy brochures dikhate hain, ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially for 3BHKs in that budget, it's a nightmare.
