Badshahpur: My honest daily life questions

What's the actual ground reality of living in Badshahpur? I'm looking at some 2BHKs, and brochures make it sound great. Honestly, not sure about daily life. My parents say it's too far, commute bad, but prices are better. Is connectivity really tough? Office commute to Cyber Hub or Udyog Vihar, kitna time lagta hai? Amenities, schools, groceries, woh sab kaisa hai? Brochures dikhate hain, but real life mein kya challenges hain? Anyone living there or commuting through it? Honest experiences please!
