Badshahpur property values feel totally inflated right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 67, and honestly, the hidden charges on my current place still sting. Builder promised one thing, then slapped on so many PLCs and maintenance fees later. Now thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, maybe around Sector 65 or even closer to Sohna Road but still in the Badshahpur belt. Is the price jump really worth it there, or has it already peaked? I'm seeing prices that just don't make sense for the connectivity. My budget is around 1.8-2.2 Cr, already have a home loan. Wondering if any specific sectors or projects in Badshahpur still offer genuine growth potential, or if it's mostly speculative now. What's the ground reality?
