Badshahpur: What's the real ground reality?
Badshahpur corridor — I've been looking at properties there, finally fed up of renting. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm taking the plunge. The brochures look great, but I'm trying to figure out the actual ground reality. What are the day-to-day issues or things they don't tell you? Like, is water supply consistent, or what's the traffic really like during peak hours? Any specific sectors there to be cautious about? Would love to hear real experiences before I commit. Hope this helps others considering the area too.

Bhai, Badshahpur is a trap for first-time buyers who get lured
This is exactly what I needed to hear! I'm also eyeing Badshahpur, thinking it's more affordable than other parts of Gurgaon. What about the price per sqft there? Is it still a good deal compared to, say, areas closer to Sohna Road? My budget is tight, so every penny counts.

Before you commit, please check the builder's background carefully. I heard about some projects in Badshahpur where the builder, Emperium Infrastructure Private Limited, has zero prior projects. Like, literally 0. That's a huge red flag for me. How can you trust someone with your life savings if they have no track record?
Haan bhai, ground reality is very different. Water and electricity cuts are common, especially in the interior parts. Aur traffic ka toh poocho hi mat, morning aur evening mein pura choke rehta hai. Even near Airport Road, it's getting bad, but Badshahpur is still worse.
Totally understand your pain! Rent hikes are brutal. Badshahpur sounds good on paper but water supply is a big, big question mark for me too. Bohot sunne ko milta hai paani ki dikkat.
