My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Mohali, looking at Baharampur Naya specifically. Budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2/3 BHK. Property prices wahan kaise hain? Are they justified for what's offered, ya overvalued lagte hain? Koi negotiation scope hai kya, ya builder apni marzi se rates de rahe? Also, investment potential ka kya scene hai for 3-5 years? Matlab, appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain? Aur daily commute ka kya haal hai? Peak hours mein traffic kitna hota hai, especially towards IT hubs? Don't want to get stuck everyday. Koi real resident experience share kar sakta hai, especially about the general vibe aur future development?

Totally agree with you! Rent fatigue is real. I also considered Baharampur Naya because of the upcoming development plans. One builder even showed me proposed metro routes. But yes, the traffic is the deal-
