₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Baharampur Naya, Mohali – is this price actually justified? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections myself, par yeh rates toh wild lag rahe hain. Everyone glorifies Mohali's growth, but nobody talks about the ground reality. Is the water supply truly consistent, ya phir it's mostly borewell-dependent with tanker issues? For families, safety is a big concern, especially at night. Some say it’s peaceful, but I've heard whispers about petty crime. Builders yahaan claims toh bade karte hain, but what about the actual living experience? I need to give power of attorney, so I need honest feedback, not just sales talk.
