Baharampur Naya: True cost of a family home?
Baharampur Naya keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for our new 3BHK. My wife wants good schools nearby for the kids, and safety is a huge priority for us. We're looking at Tula Realtor projects there, but honestly, the quoted prices feel like just the start. I'm trying to figure out the actual all-in cost. How much extra should I really budget for stamp duty, registration, parking, and those PLC charges? It's tough to get a clear picture, and I don't want any nasty surprises later. Has anyone here bought from Tula Realtor in Gurugram and can share their experience with the final bill? Also, is buying during pre-launch actually better? Some people say it's cheaper, but I worry about getting locked in before everything is clear. Any advice on whether it's worth waiting for open market prices or if pre-launch offers a real discount?
