I work in RE, but buying for myself is different. Balaji Apartments ke amenities kitne functional hain? Daily life mein society ka vibe kaisa hai, especially for kids? Genuine feedback chahiye, not brochure talk.

Totally agree with the original post! Balaji Apartments ka brochure toh dream lagta hai, but ground reality kya hai? I heard unka previous project bhi bahut delayed tha. For a first-time buyer like me, this 'status null' thing is very scary. Kya pata kab possession milega?
