Balaji Azalea ka current pricing seems a bit steep for the area, honestly. I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home, but can't do a site inspection myself, so community feedback is super important. For Balaji Azalea, at ₹1.35-1.85 Cr, what's the actual capital appreciation forecast? Has its price moved much since launch? Iska rental yield reality mein kitna hai? I'm worried about finding a good tenant and managing it from here; need a property manager, but also don't want a ghost society with too many investors. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? My main concern is long-term wealth creation and a smooth exit strategy in 5-7 years. Kya yeh project sahi rahega for an NRI investor?
