Totally agree with your point! My friend bought a 2BHK in Amanora Park Town around the same time and has seen decent growth. But Balaji Metro Jazz? I heard they had some issues with the finishing initially. Has anyone actually seen good appreciation here since 2018? What about the maintenance costs?
Maintenance is high compared to Wakad. No, good appreciation is a myth here. Rental yield also pathetic, 2% max.
Haan bhai, finishing issues were a real thing. My cousin looked at a flat there last year, and the RERA number P52100005122 shows initial completion was delayed.
