Honestly, I'm finding it tough to decide on a new flat for my family. We're looking at a 3BHK in Baliawas, around ₹2 Cr, but my main worry is the daily life there. Kids ke school admission ka tension hai, are the schools nearby actually good? And safety, especially for kids playing outside ya even evening walks, kaisa hai wahan ka scene? Meri wife ka priority hai ki neighbourhood safe ho. What's the real vibe of living there, like traffic and general community feel? Any actual residents can share their experience?
