Baner upgrade: Is this price jump sustainable?
Baner property prices are just insane right now, especially for 3BHKs. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa in Baner. Already have a home loan, so this jump feels huge. Matlab, is the price premium for Baner's infra and lifestyle really worth it? Kya lagta hai, will these prices sustain ya correction possible hai?

Bhai, totally feel you! I'm also looking for a 3BHK and Baner ke rates dekh ke toh aankhen bahar aa jaati hain. My budget is around 1.5 Cr max, aur wahan toh 2 Cr se kam mein kuch mil hi nahi raha dhang ka. Lagta hai hum jaise middle-class ke liye Baner ab dream hi reh gaya hai. Kya sach mein itna worth it hai ya hype hai sab?
