Whitefield – just moved into my Puravankara flat last month. Possession was rough, honestly. The final bill had so many hidden charges for PLC and IDC that weren't clearly discussed upfront. My 2BHK that was supposed to be ₹1.1 Cr ended up closer to ₹1.2 Cr. The construction quality is decent, but I'm already seeing some minor plaster cracks near the balcony. Also, the post-possession maintenance charges are way higher than what was indicated. Anyone else feel like they got blindsided by these extra costs with builders like Prestige or Sobha?
