Loan approved for Jakkur 2BHK, but negotiation is a nightmare. Jai Constructions claims fixed price. Kitna discount possible hai Bangalore mein, ya builder bluff kar raha? Also, hidden charges like PLC, parking kitna add karte hain total cost pe? Need to maximize deal value.
