Is builder's 'final price' just a starting point in Bangalore? Fed up of renting, I'm looking at a 2BHK near RT Nagar. Keya Homes bol raha hai no negotiation, but I suspect there's always room. What are the actual hidden charges beyond stamp duty, PLC, and registration that pop up later? How do you even find these out beforehand?

Totally relate! Keya Homes ka to pata nahi but most builders yahi bolte hain. Phir end mein pata chalta
