Bangalore builders hide charges, negotiation is a myth

My budget for a 2BHK in Nehru Nagar is 1.1 Cr. Builders like Chaitra Constructions hide PLC and possession charges. Negotiation is pointless; those hidden fees are their only 'discount'. Change my mind.

Yaar, you are absolutely right! I'm looking in the same area, maybe a bit further towards Agrahara Layout, and it's the exact same story. They show one price, then add 'convenience fees', 'infrastructure charges', 'clubhouse membership' and what not. My 90L budget for a 2BHK is now 1.1 Cr with all these hidden costs. Builders toh loot rahe hain.
