₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK near Sarjapur Road... I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. Disha Park West ya MC Fortune mein, investor vs end-user ka ratio kaisa hai? Suna hai super area aur carpet area mein bahut difference hota hai. Possession ke time kya issues aaye logon ko? End-users ke liye kaunsa builder better hai, investors ke liye kaunsa? Koi experience share karega?

Bhai, super area toh scam hai hi! Especially Sarjapur Road pe. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK is too much if half of it is just 'super area'. Disha Park West ka naam suna hai, but zero projects? How is that even possible? Investor ratio wahan bahut high hoga, end-user ko kaun dekhta hai phir?
