Since January I've been shortlisting flats. I'm based in Dubai, eyeing Saroj Developers in Doddanagamangala Village. Can't visit easily. Heard negotiation is super tough, maybe 1-2% max? What about hidden charges at possession? Need to know the actual all-in cost for my investment ROI. Anyone bought there recently?

Bhai, you're absolutely right. Bangalore mein negotiation is a joke, 1-2% is generous sometimes. Saroj Developers ka toh maine bhi suna hai, they are very rigid.
Totally agree with you. My friend bought from them near Aavalahalli last year, they didn't budge even 0.5%. Plus, at possession, they added 'utility connection charges' and 'amenity upgrade fees' that weren't in the initial agreement. It was a shocker.
