Visited Prestige Group's new project in HBR Layout last weekend, 2BHK dekh raha tha. Builder ne quote kiya ₹1.15 Cr, but then PLC, parking, aur maintenance advance alag se bataya. Yaar, yeh sab charges negotiate ho sakte hain kya? Kitna realistically push kar sakte hain price pe? Koi bolta hai 5-10% tak discount milta hai, but I'm not sure. Total 'all-in' cost mein stamp duty, registration aur interiors ka kitna pakad ke chalun? Koi hidden costs bhi hote hain kya baad mein?

Bhai, Prestige group generally price pe zyada budge nahi karte. Especially HBR Layout jaise prime location mein, demand high rehti hai. PLC aur parking toh almost fixed hi hote hain, mushkil hai negotiate karna. Maintenance advance toh dena hi padega. Current market mein toh builders thode upar hain.
Sahi kaha, Prestige toh waise bhi premium charge karta hai. Mera bhi yahi experience raha hai.
