Bangalore mein property negotiation kitna realistic hai, especially for new projects? Just moved into my place in Whitefield a few months back, and wish I'd pushed harder on the price. Now I'm looking at another investment in Kumbalgodu, maybe an SLV Green Ventures project. Brochure price around 95L for a 2BHK seems high. Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain? Builders kitna give-and-take karte hain? Aur all-in cost ka kya scene hai? My last place had so many hidden charges like utility setup fees and society maintenance corpus jo last minute pe aaye. PLC, parking, interiors, stamp duty toh pata hai, but what else pops up? Any tips to uncover these beforehand, ya yeh sab common hai? Budget pura out ho jaata hai.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Whitefield mein mera bhi same haal hua. Broker ne bola all-inclusive hai, but possession ke time pe sudden 'club membership fees', 'utility infrastructure charges' aur 'corpus fund for future maintenance' bolke 2 lakh extra maang liye. Builder ne bola RERA approved hai, but yeh sab small print mein tha. Kumbalgodu mein SLV Green Ventures ka track record dekh lo pehle. Brochure price toh bas bait hai. 95L pe 2BHK is definitely high, especially for Kumbalgodu. Negotiation possible hai but depends on builder's
