My rent just hit ₹42k in Bangalore. Fed up of renting, seriously considering a Prestige project near Cunningham Road. For payment, is construction-linked smarter than a higher down payment? Also, how much does super area typically inflate costs here? Heard stories about builders inflating numbers. Any real-world advice on these for a first-time buyer?
