Okay I'll be honest – most Bangalore project clubhouses are a total waste. Pre-possession, sab hype karte hain, but post-handover, they're ghost facilities. DNR Arista Phase 1 mein bhi same hai kya? Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, par kids ke play area aur pool ka actual usability aur safety kitni hai? Bas naam ke liye hai sab? Change my mind.

Bhai, the RERA number for DNR Arista Phase 1 is TOR/PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/230419/001674. The price range is ₹2.1 Cr – ₹3.9 Cr for 241 units. For this price, clubhouses should be top-notch and fully functional, not just for show. Is it really value for money considering the high price tag?
My friend booked in Akshayanagar, builder ne clubhouse ka pura blueprint dikhaya tha, even a mini-theatre. Possession ke baad, the theatre was just a room with a projector, aur pool bhi chhota sa. Always check ground reality, not just brochures. Price toh bahut lete hain, but delivery mein compromise.

Haan, exactly! My brother bought a flat in Aavalahalli, uske project mein bhi clubhouse bana toh hai, but pool 6 mahine se band hai maintenance ke naam pe. Kids play area mein swings toote hue hain. Sirf naam ka hai, koi use nahi karta. DNR Arista mein bhi same story na ho jaye.
U2, DNR Arista Phase 1 toh COMPLETED hai. Possession date 2024-12-01 di hui hai. But facilities ka usage, woh toh baad mein hi pata chalega. Hope they maintain it well.
Totally agree yaar! These clubhouses are just a marketing gimmick. They show you fancy renders, but real mein kuch nahi hota. Maintenance charges toh har saal badhte hi jaate hain bas.
