Bangalore construction quality is a joke, change my mind.
Bangalore construction quality is just a lottery, right? Dekhte hain brochure mein sab shiny, but Signature Pristine jaisi projects mein bhi log bolte hain ki possession ke baad cracks, seepage dikhte hain. Matlab, itna EMI bharke bhi basic quality nahi milegi kya? My parents keep saying check everything, but honestly, it's hard to tell under-construction. Phir maintenance charges bhi high hote hain, but service kitni milegi, not sure. Is it just me ya sabko lagta hai builders compromise karte hain?

Signature Pristine has 156 units, that's quite a big project. For that price range (₹82 L – ₹1.3 Cr), you'd expect premium quality, not just average. Current market conditions in Bengaluru are already so competitive, builders should be focusing on reputation more. But it seems like it's all about quick sales.
You're not alone. I recently visited a project near Aavalahalli, and the sales guy was all charm, but the finishing looked shoddy even to my untrained eye. It's like they cut corners everywhere. My biggest fear is getting stuck with a house that needs constant repairs. What's the point of paying so much if you don't get peace of mind?
That's my fear too. I've heard stories where people regret buying because of constant issues. It's not just the initial cost, but the ongoing headache.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Peace of mind is the biggest thing.
Signature Pristine ka toh RERA number bhi hai na? PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/281223/006516. Even after all these regulations, how can quality be so bad? Has anyone actually filed a complaint with RERA for such issues?
Yes, I know someone who filed a RERA complaint for a project near Agrahara Layout regarding delayed possession, not quality. It took almost a year to get a resolution, and even then, it was partial. Quality issues are even harder to prove sometimes.
RERA is there, but implementation is slow. I don't think many actually get quick resolution for quality issues.
Good question about RERA complaints. I've heard filing a complaint is a long, tedious process and not always effective. Many people just try to resolve it directly with the builder first.
Totally relate, bhai! I'm also looking at properties and every site visit feels like a gamble. My friend bought in Akshayanagar and had issues with plumbing within six months. It's so frustrating.

I agree with your point about under-construction properties. It's impossible to gauge the quality until possession. My parents had a similar experience years ago, and we ended up spending so much on repairs. That's why I'm now only looking at ready-to-move, but even then, how do you verify everything?
Exactly! Brochure mein swimming pool aur gym dikhate hain, but andar ki walls mein cracks? My cousin faced this with a flat in Adigara Kallahalli. It's a huge investment to take such risks.
Haan yaar, the struggle is real. Har jagah yahi haal hai.
