Okay, I'll be honest – possession ke time bohot unexpected costs aaye. Just moved into my Signature Dwellings flat in Prakruthi Nagar, my 2BHK jo ₹90L ka tha, hidden charges like society formation, utility setup sab add karke ₹98L cross kar gaya. Is this normal? How do others factor these into their total acquisition cost for better ROI?

Bhai, you are not alone! Mera bhi same haal hua. Book kiya tha 75L ka 3BHK, end tak 82L cross kar gaya. Registry, GST, electricity connection, water connection, society maintenance advance... list khatam hi nahi hoti. Builders bas base price dikhate hain, baaki sab possession ke time bomb ki tarah phat ta hai. Itna stress ho gaya tha ki kya bataun.
Exactly! Yeh toh har project ki kahani hai. Builder ke sales team bas 'all-inclusive' bolte rehte hain, but reality kuch aur hoti hai.
