posted on 14 MayBangalore flat: Promised amenities, delivered disappointment?
Honestly, I'm kinda regretting not digging deeper into the amenity promises at V5 Paradise. Just moved in a couple of months back, aur brochure dekh ke jo expectations the, woh poore nahi hue. Swimming pool ka kaam abhi tak chal raha hai, aur kids play area toh bas naam ke liye hai, bilkul chhota sa. Maintenance charges bhi ₹5 per sqft hain, kaafi high lagte hain, but service quality utni achhi nahi hai. Lift kaafi baar stuck ho jaati hai, aur security bhi kabhi-kabhi lax lagti hai. Clubhouse toh hai, but mostly khaali rehta hai. Am I the only one facing this? Kya yeh sab societies mein common hai ya sirf mere saath ho raha hai?

Wait, V5 Paradise is listed as 'UPCOMING' with possession date 2026-04-01, right? Price range ₹86 L – ₹1.2 Cr for 35 units. How did you get possession already, U1? This sounds fishy, or are we talking about different projects? I was considering it too, but this makes me think.
Maybe U1 meant a different V5 project? Or pre-possession issues? Confusing. I'm so scared of making a wrong choice.
U5, that's what I was thinking! If possession is 2026, how could U1 have moved in? Unless they bought a resale or an older phase? Builders often reuse project names, especially if one becomes infamous. This needs clarification, because if it's the *same* V5 Paradise, then U1's experience implies they're selling flats way before actual completion and misleading buyers. This is exactly why first-time buyers need to be so careful.
Bhai, you're definitely not alone. I've seen this pattern with so many builders, especially in the Bengaluru market right now. They show fancy renders and brochures, but actual delivery is always compromised. Mera ek dost ne Adigara Kallahalli mein book kiya tha, aur uska clubhouse abhi bhi bas foundation hai 3 saal baad. These maintenance charges are also a killer, they keep increasing without proportional service improvement. First-time buyers like us are often left feeling helpless.
Yaar, this is so disheartening. V5 Paradise toh kaafi talked about tha. But RERA number bhi nahi hai? Is that normal for upcoming projects? My agent said it's fine.
Exactly! My cousin got stuck with a similar 'upcoming' project in Aavalahalli without RERA. Took ages to get possession. Total nightmare.
U3, RERA registration is mandatory for projects above 500 sqm or 8 units. If it's truly 'upcoming' and they're selling, it should be registered. 'Rera Not Applicable' sounds like a red flag to me, especially for 35 units. Be careful with what agents say, they often just want the sale.
OMG! Exactly my fear. I'm looking at a project near Akshayanagar and builder promises sound too good to be true. Now I'm super worried.
