For over a year now, I've been trying to finalize a 3BHK near Dommasandra. My wife insists on good school access for the kids and safety, so we're looking around Sarjapur Road or Electronic City. Honestly, it feels like every major infrastructure project is moving at a snail's pace. I was banking on the Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion to really open up commute options, but the delays are endless. Same for the Peripheral Ring Road, which was supposed to ease traffic. Should I really wait for these to complete for price appreciation, or just buy now? Are the timelines even realistic? It's frustrating to plan when everything keeps shifting. Anyone else feel stuck because of these project delays?
