Srikrupa Layout — I'm honestly so fed up with these infra project timelines, yaar. As someone jo real estate mein kaam karta hai, I know the builder tricks, but buying for myself near Sarjapur Road, I banked on Metro Phase 2/3 and PRR completion. Builders like Prestige and Sobha market heavy on these. Ab toh lagta hai sab marketing spin hai, Airport T2 ka bhi wahi haal. Is it just me, or are these Namma Metro and Peripheral Ring Road timelines pure fantasy? My property value isn't appreciating jaise expect kiya tha. Anyone else bought in Whitefield or Electronic City banking on these, aur ab frustrated ho? What did you guys do about these delays?

Totally relate, yaar! I bought a 2BHK in Akshayanagar, hoping the metro extension would boost connectivity to my office in Whitefield. Ab toh lagta hai 5 saal aur lagenge. Builder ne toh aise promise kiya tha jaise kal hi ban jayega. My EMI is running, but the property value is just stagnant. It's so frustrating to see your investment just sit there, while the cost of living keeps rising.
