Bangalore infra projects: Real completion dates are a mystery.

Metro Phase 2/3 delays are seriously worrying me for Bangalore investment. I'm in Dubai, can't check ground realities. Whitefield ya Sarjapur Road mein properties ka ROI kitna affect hoga? KIAL Terminal 2 area still a good bet for appreciation, ya abhi wait karna chahiye? Should I look near Peripheral Ring Road for future gains?
