Honestly, navigating Bangalore real estate from Dubai is making my head spin. I'm eyeing Whitefield or Sarjapur Road, considering Namma Metro Phase 2/3 and Peripheral Ring Road. Kya lagta hai, have prices already factored in these infra projects? Are there any genuinely affordable pockets left near these corridors for good ROI? Can't visit, so need your ground info.

Dekho, Metro aur PRR ka impact toh definitely hoga long-term. Abhi entry point thoda high lag sakta hai, but for ROI, holding power matters. Sarjapur might still have some scope if you're looking at slightly interior areas
Bhai, prices toh kabse factored in hain. Whitefield is already super expensive. Affordable toh kuch nahi bacha wahaan, especially for a first-time buyer looking for good ROI near Metro. It's too late for that golden window.
