Honestly, I'm feeling so fed up with all the hype around infrastructure projects. I work in real estate, but buying my own flat, it's a completely different ballgame, yaar. Builders keep talking about Namma Metro Phase 3 yaa Peripheral Ring Road coming, aur prices inflate kar dete hain. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Whitefield, around ₹1.6 Cr for a Godrej project. They promise reduced commute times because of the upcoming infra. But jab ground pe dekho, traffic abhi bhi headache hai. Sarjapur Road ka haal bhi same lag raha hai. Is it just me, yaa others also feel ki yeh sab sirf selling points hain? Has anyone actually seen real benefits from these projects in terms of daily commute or ROI? Matlab, is the infra impact real, yaa just on paper?

Totally relatable! I bought a 2BHK near Attibele-Hosur Road 3 years back, thinking the proposed
Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! I'm also looking in Whitefield and the prices are just insane. Every builder shows those fancy metro route maps and PRR overlays, but when you drive through Graphite India road during peak hours, it's a nightmare. Lagta hai sab bas paper pe hi accha dikhta hai.
