Is a 2BHK in Whitefield a better bet than a 3BHK on Kanakapura Road for appreciation? I'm so fed up of renting, finally looking to buy. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Thinking about Prestige or Sobha projects. Not sure if the smaller 2BHK in a prime spot gives better ROI long term, or if a bigger 3BHK further out is smarter. What's the real ground reality for rental yields?

Bhai, Whitefield ka traffic dekh lo pehle. Rental yield udhar accha hai but rehnge kaise with that daily commute? Kanakapura Road, especially near Agrahara Layout, is developing fast and you get a bigger unit for the same budget. Long term, bigger is always better for families,
Totally relate! Whitefield sounds good for appreciation, but 1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Prestige/Sobha might be tight. Kanakapura Road could give you more space.
