Totally agree with U1! Quality is such a big worry. Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 8 looks great on paper, but ₹2.6 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, that's a huge investment. I'm also looking for a place in Akshayanagar and the prices there are also shooting up. Don't want to regret it later just for amenities. What exactly should we look for beyond the aesthetics?
