The 'premium amenities' pitch for projects like DNR Arista Phase 1 is a total trap. They show grand clubhouses and sports facilities. Are these truly used daily or just ghost facilities that inflate maintenance? I'm eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Does this amenity bloat genuinely improve future resale, or just add unnecessary cost? What's your experience?

Exactly what I've been thinking! This whole 'luxury amenities' thing feels like a facade. Builder log bas dikhawe ke liye bana dete hain, but real usage kitna hota hai? Then we are stuck paying high maintenance for a swimming pool that's empty half the year. DNR Arista ka clubhouse toh impressive lagta hai, but is it just for show?
