Bangalore market has hidden value, if you look.

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now trying to find actual value in Bangalore. I work in real estate, so I know the market spin. But buying for myself is different. Seeing prices for 3BHKs in Whitefield or HSR at 1.8 Cr+ is wild. Are we really seeing price corrections anywhere, even subtle ones? Or is it all just builder talk? Has anyone found genuinely underpriced assets or significant spot discounts, maybe even with builders like Jai Constructions? Looking beyond the usual marketing fluff, where's the real value or negotiation happening these days?
