₹1.5 crore ka budget hai, but I'm based in Dubai, toh site visits toh impossible hain. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Whitefield or Sarjapur Road, maybe with Prestige Group or Sobha. Builders ke brochures mein rental yield 4-5% dikhate hain, but is that really achievable? Honestly, managing everything remotely seems tough. Power of attorney ka kya scene hai, and finding a trustworthy property manager for an NRI investment. Legal issues aur maintenance ka bahut darr lagta hai. Worth it hai kya without visiting, ya should I just wait?

Bhai, NRI investment Bangalore mein sounds good on paper, but the ground reality is often different. ₹1.5 crore is a huge amount to risk without being physically present. Woh rental yield brochures mein jo dikhate hain na, 4-5%? Usko half kar do toh shayad real lagega. Remote management of property in India is a nightmare, especially for maintenance issues. Legal issues aur POA ka scene bahut tricky ho sakta hai. My advice, agar visit nahi kar sakte, toh wait karo. Don't rush into it.
