Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Prestige Group ke ek project mein dekh raha hoon Sarjapur Road pe. Yaar, I work in real estate, but khud ke liye buy karna is totally different. Mera main sawaal hai price negotiation ko lekar. Bangalore mein builders, especially like Prestige, kitna discount dete hain realistically? Matlab, agar 1.5 Cr ka 3BHK hai, kitna expect kar sakte hain ki woh kam karenge? Is it even possible to get a spot discount ya pre-launch price hi best deal hota hai? Often I feel pre-launch is just marketing ka funda, not a real discount. Any experiences with recent purchases, especially for investment? Kya builder ka 'no price drop' policy sach mein solid hota hai ya koi loophole hai?

Bhai, exactly mera bhi yahi haal hai! Prestige ke projects toh premium hote hain, aur sunte hain ki unka negotiation margin bahut kam hota hai. Maine bhi ek project dekha tha Akshayanagar mein, 1.2 Cr ka 2BHK tha. Kitna bhi try kar lo, woh 1-2% se zyada hilaate hi nahi. Kya sach mein koi secret trick hoti hai ya sab marketing hype hai?
