Bangalore ORR: actual daily life experience for investors?

Budget finalised for a 3BHK, but Outer Ring Road pe project dekh ke thoda confused hoon, especially around Koramangala side. From my experience, what builders show in brochures aur actual ground reality mein bahut farak hota hai. Traffic ka kya haal hai daily commute ke liye? I'm looking at a calculated risk here, but honestly not sure if the promised connectivity actually translates to a good living experience. Kya maintenance charges aur hidden costs bahut high hain? ROI toh numbers mein dikhta hai, but daily life mein kya challenges hain? Any residents or investors who can share their honest pros and cons of living along the ORR? Is it really worth it for long-term appreciation, ya sirf hype hai?
