Dekho, ORR is the future. Tech corridor hai, connectivity superb hai, aur infrastructure bhi improve ho raha hai. Abhi toh sirf starting hai.
Bhai, exactly same situation here! Kids settled abroad, ab ORR side mein chhota ghar dekh raha hoon. Confusion hai ki abhi le loon ya wait karoon. Prices toh rocket pe hain, but market experts bol rahe hain ki aur badhenge. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
Meri toh galti ho gayi pichhle saal. Socha tha thoda aur girega market, par ulta 15% badh gaya. Akshayanagar side mein ek project dekh raha tha, ab woh mere budget se bahar ho gaya hai. ORR mein demand bahut hai, especially for 2BHKs. Agar budget allow karta hai, toh le lo. Baad mein regret hota hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mujhe toh lagta hai wait karna chahiye, prices bahut high hain especially near Marathahalli.
