Bangalore project amenities: Always a letdown?

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sri Sai Nandana Crystal feels steep, but the brochure promises look great. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli and thinking of upgrading. Is the jump in price for these 'premium' amenities even worth it? My current building had a fancy clubhouse on paper, but it's barely used, just adds to the maintenance. I'm worried about construction quality too, seen so many places with cracks and seepage after a year. Are these new projects actually delivering on their promises, or is it just glossy pictures? Has anyone lived there for a while? What's the real daily experience like?
