Been looking for 8 months now. Fed up of renting. For Legacy Celino, do fancy amenities actually boost investor ROI ya tenant attraction? Construction quality bhi matter karta hai for resale.

Yaar, 8 mahine ho gaye ghar dhoondte dhoondte, kiraye se pak gaya hoon. Legacy Celino dekh raha tha, location achhi hai, but is it just me or do these fancy amenities like a rooftop infinity pool or a golf simulator rarely translate into better ROI for investors or even attract quality tenants? Also, construction quality for resale is a huge concern, especially at ₹1.7 Cr – ₹2.8 Cr range. Kya lagta hai?
