Does anyone actually understand the true 'all-in' cost for a new flat in Bangalore? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Remco Bhel Layout, an S N N Builders project, around ₹95L. But I'm honestly confused about what else gets added. Beyond stamp duty and registration, are there other big hidden charges that only appear at possession time? Like PLC or parking? Parents keep warning me about surprise costs. How much extra should I realistically budget for everything else? What were your experiences with S N N or other builders?
