Assetz Property Group ka commitment letter dekha, phir bhi ₹1.5 lakh extra demands aa gaye. I'm based in Dubai, trying to finalize a 3BHK in Basaveshwara Nagar. Can't do a site inspection myself, so pura trust pe chal raha hai. Initially, they quoted ₹1.8 Cr, now suddenly there are 'infrastructure charges' not mentioned pehle. Matlab, power of attorney bhi de diya, ab kya karein? This is so frustrating, especially managing from here. Anyone else faced such hidden costs with Assetz or other builders in Bangalore when buying remotely? How did you sort it out? Need advice on legal clarity and rental management too.
