Bangalore property: My personal investment dilemma
Is Bangalore still a good investment for 2026-27, ya phir peak ho gaya hai? I've been in real estate yahan for years, but buying for myself feels totally different. Sab sales pitch lagta hai. Prices in Whitefield and Sarjapur Road for a 2BHK are already hitting ₹1.2Cr, even for projects like Godrej or Puravankara. Is this sustainable? I'm looking at a 2BHK, maybe 1100 sqft, around ₹90L-₹1.1Cr, thinking Electronic City ya Kanakapura Road side. Namma Metro Phase 3 ka impact kitna hoga, especially for areas like Yelahanka? Ya phir ye sab already factored in hai? Builders like Prestige aur Brigade ka track record achha hai, but the ROI seems tight now. Kya rental yields 3-4.5% really possible, ya sirf brochure pe hai? Honest opinions please, yaar.

Yaar, post padh ke laga meri hi kahani hai. Bangalore peak pe toh nahi hai, but sustainability ka doubt toh mujhe bhi hai. Whitefield aur Sarjapur ke prices dekh ke darr lagta hai. 1.2 Cr for a 2BHK, it's just too much for a first-time buyer. Kya hum late ho gaye hain kya? Builders ka sales pitch toh sunte hi raho, par ground reality kuch aur lagti hai.
