Visited a couple of projects on Sarjapur Road and Sree Narayana Nagar this weekend. Yaar, I work in real estate but buying for myself feels totally different. Builders ki marketing spin samajh mein aati hai, but actual deal alag hai. HP Constructions se 2BHK ke liye baat chal rahi hai, quoting ₹1.1Cr. Bangalore mein kitna negotiation possible hai? 5% ya bas 2-3% hi? Aur yeh hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Final stage pe kya-kya nikalta hai? PLC, parking ke alawa aur kya add karte hain? Koi recent experience share kar sakta hai? What's your take on negotiating hard in this market?

Bhai, totally relatable! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur mere liye toh sab kuch naya hai. HP Constructions ka naam sunke thoda doubt ho raha hai, but negotiation toh pakka hota hai. Mere friend ne recently Akshayanagar mein 3% down kiya tha. But 1.1 Cr pe kitna expect kar sakte hain?
Sahi kaha! Current market mein 2-3% toh minimum milta hi hai, especially if you push hard and they need to close deals. Meri cousin
